Which Portal(s) do You Look At for Your Property Search?

Being an owner of a local Estate Agent, I am very interested in property portals and the general demographics that influence people’s search behaviour. So I recently did a review of our buyers and applicants. The general questions I proposed were:

“Which portal(s) do you have alerts set up for?” 

“How often do you search for a property?”

“Do you have a preferred portal?” “If so, why?”

“Which portal do you see most regularly advertised on TV, the radio, online, or in print?”

“Do you know anything about the different prices which agents pay to the portals each month?”

“Would you be happy to or prefer to only look at one portal?”

“Do you think the different portals are necessary?” “Why is that?”
