Following on from recent events, we've suspended all appointments for the moment to comply with the non essential travel ban and gatherings of more than two people.

Our position is clearly People's health first, Business health second. Let's do what it takes to keep front line NHS staff safe.

It is our intention to continue business and tech development during this upheaval and we fully intend to bounce back quickly once restrictions are lifted. We have been in detailed discussions with many related businesses, and we'd very much like to continue those, with a view to being ready when restrictions lift.

Many of you have been asking about whether there is any type of work that could be carried out with the necessary protections, i.e. inspecting empty properties etc.. 

We have contacted ARLA & NAEA/Propertymark and been informed that ALL agents' offices must close, since no one should move and removals under way can take place but nothing further. That would seem quite definitive for the time being.

When and IF guidance changes or opportunities open up, we will be monitoring the situation as most of our independent Property Professionals, have said that they're willing to perform essential tasks. What constitutes essential will hopefully become clearer over the next few days - if you have some opinions we'd be happy to hear them.
